Weight Loss Programs


Choosing a weight-loss program may be a difficult task. You may not know what to look for in a weight-loss program or what questions to ask.
At Home Weight Loss we will cover:
Weight Loss:-
- what should your weight-loss goal be; and
- how will losing weight help you.
About Nutrition and Physical Activity:-
- how should you change your eating habits;
- what kind and how much physical activity do you will need to do; and
- what kind of dietary supplements if any you should take.
What does the weight loss program consist of?
- the program will run for 12 weeks;
- one personal training session;
- offers one-on-one support by e-mail or phone;
- you have to keep food records;
- the program will encourge you to be more physically active by following a specific physical activity plan;
- customised strength and stretching programs (if applicable);
- the program will teach you to make positive and healthy behaviour changes.
This visit could take from 45 to 90 minutes and normaly has a cost of $210.
If you feel that continuing support will be required after the initial 12-week period please discuss this with us at your initial consultation.
